Serenity Escape Retreat is a virtual session designed to collaboratively identify your constraints and develop strategies that enable you to break free and lead a fulfilling life.
Here, we do not impose any formal behavioural guidelines. We engage in this process while lying on our beds, sitting on the couch, or in any location that provides us comfort, allowing us to embrace our readiness to move forward.
We offer both group sessions and individual one-on-one sessions.
